Pradhanmantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) 4.0 – 

The Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) is the main initiative of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), executed by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC). The primary goal of this Skill Certification scheme is to empower the youth in India by providing them with industry-relevant skill training, ultimately improving their chances of securing a better livelihood. The program not only targets inexperienced individuals but also assesses and certifies those with prior experience through the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and Short Term Training (STT) components. In essence, PMKVY aims to enhance the employability and earning potential of the Indian workforce by imparting skills that align with the needs of various industries.
